In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK; applications to our institution, which is the data controller, regarding these rights must be submitted to us in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board").

Additionally, after the methods determined by the Board are announced, the procedures for receiving applications through these methods will be announced by our institution. Your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty days from the date your request reaches us, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the second paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK. Our responses will be sent to you in writing or electronically, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant KVKK.
