CONSTMACH V-90 Mobile Crushing and Screening plant is also called as MOBILE SAND MAKING MACHINE is a perfect solution for production of especially fine material that is also known as sand which has between 0-5 mm granul size with excellent cubic shape. V-90 is the outcome of sophisticated engineering and advanced design, high level quality components with long-lasting and awesome workmanship.

In addition to the materials which is provided by precrushing with primary and secondary crushing operations, it is also possible to feed the system directly with natural stone that does not exceed 45 mm.

Any kind of material with different hardness grades such as limestone, basalt, granite, dolomite, gabro can be crushed by V-90 with satisfying performance.

V-90 Production capacity changes between 200 to 250 tph regarding toughness level of aggregates to be crushed. In addition to sand (fine materail) it is also possible to produce other 3 different final fractions simultaneously.

V-90 is a user-friendly combination which promises easy mount/assemble features to its operators.. The plant can be put into use in very short time. In case of need, it is possible to equip the feeding hopper and stock conveyors with hydraulic opening mechanism and in that case the plant can be taken to operation without needing any external equipment such as crane, loader etc.

V-90 is equipped with high-tech automation system including top class SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and PLC . V-90 is operated by just a tablet controller.

Overall dimensions of our mobile plants are defined as per international road transport regulations and V-90 is transported by only one tractor between jobsites easily.
