Our professional team has successfully installed the advanced JCV-3 Mobile Crushing & Screening Plant, enhancing its production capabilities with cutting-edge technology.

The plant features a 3-chassis system:

First chassis: Equipped with a jaw crusher, it delivers a production capacity of 150-420 t/h for efficient primary crushing.
Second chassis: Incorporating a Metso HP 300 cone crusher, it handles secondary crushing with a capacity of 115-440 t/h.
Third chassis: Powered by a vertical shaft impact crusher (VSI), it processes materials at 200-300 t/h, ensuring high-quality final products.
